The latest dance is an Irish set from Clare that’s based on the Caledonian Set. The West Clare Caledonian Set is a set where everyone dances all the time and it can be done with any number of couples. Just be careful your set doesn’t get so large that you can’t house!

The Caledonian Set is a fun dance that’s an old favorite and a great opportunity to use your battering footwork. You’ll find that in some venues they encourage lots of free expression in the Caledonian and in some you’ll want to keep things low. Either way, you’re bound to have fun.
