For this week we’ve got an Ar Rinci Foirne ceili dance that will take some practice to get right but when done all the way through will give you a decent workout. Trip To The Cottage is danced with 4 couples in a square formation and has four major movements to keep you thinking. Remember, get those feet up!

This is an Ar Rince Foirne ceili dance that you won’t find danced frequently but is fun to do. It’s danced with eight people in a square formation and there are three different tunes used, Haste to the Wedding, Leslie’s Hornpipe and The German Beau. Click through for notes and video links.
The dance for this week (apologies for being a few days late) is the Antrim Square set. It’s easy to learn and while the square usually takes a couple of run-throughs to smooth out the kinks, the dance is fun for both dancers and spectators.
