| 1 | Everyone Body In waltz hold, all couples dance the body, as in the Sliabh Luachra set. They step to the centre and back, then turn once as they move on to the position on their right.The movements are repeated three times as they dance around the set. |

| 2 | Tops Pass Across Taking their partner's right hand in right, top couples advance and retire once, the gents bring the lady to their left hand side during the return as in the Borlin set and pass through the opposite couple to the other side, gents passing between the other couple on the way over with ladies crossing on the outside. |

| 3 | Pass Back Top gents now take right hands with the side ladies on their left, advance, retire with gents crossing to the side lady's other side and cross the set with the side ladies passing through the centre. Top gents finish back in their own places. | 8 |
| 4 | Sides Dance 2 and 3 To begin, each side gent takes right hand in right with the opposite side lady, who is now beside him. They advance, retire bringing the lady to the gent's left and pass through with the gents in the centre. At the other side, the side gents advance with the top lady on their left, retire with the gent changing on the inside to the lady's other side and pass through with the top ladies in the centre. At the end of this sequence, all should be back in their own places. |

| 1 | Everyone Lead Around All couples lead around holding their partners' crossed hands in front. As they reach home, each lady turns clockwise under the gent's left hand and faces into the centre. |

| 2 | Ladies Pinwheel The four ladies join right hands in the centre and dance one full clockwise turn around to their own places, while the gents dance around the outside to their right, again completing a full circle back to their own places. | 8 |
| 3 | Steal A Lady As all arrive home, each top gent takes his own partner's left hand in left low and the right hand of the lady on his right in the set, again low. As he brings his hands backwards, then up behind the ladies, each lady turns under the gent's arm to finish beside him with his arm on her shoulder, so that there are two lines of three in top positions and the side gents stand alone. All advance and retire, then advance again and the side gents take the ladies' free hands and bring the ladies back with them to side positions, hands on the shoulders. | 8 |
| 4 | Steal A Lady All advance and retire, ladies beside the side gents, then advance a second time and each lady moves into the lead around position with her own partner. To do this, each top gent takes his partner's left hand and turns anticlockwise as she steps in beside him on his outside, while each side gent turns anticlockwise towards his own partner and brings his left hand over her head as she turns in beside him to lead around. | 8 |

Then, releasing their own partner's hand, ladies dance on the outside to the position on their right turning clockwise under the next gent's arm, while gents turn anticlockwise to finish facing out of the set. Ladies also finish facing out (4b). Releasing hands and taking the next lady or gent's hand, each gent now turns the next lady anticlockwise as she passes him on the inside and all face into the set (2b). Gents are now one position left of where they started. Finally, as the gent takes the third new lady's right hand in his left, this lady passes behind him into the lady's position beside him, bringing her hand over his head as he stays facing into the set and they take waltz hold (2b). At the end of this sequence, each gent is one place left of his own, while each lady is in the position opposite her own starting position, with the gent who was originally on her left in the circle. | 8 |
