Two-hand dance for any number of couples, learned from Maureen Culleton. Form a circle around the room with gents backs to the center, ladies back to the outside.  Gents start with the left foot, ladies with the right.

In waltz hold, tap the heel and toe of gents left foot, ladies right.  The patter is Heel and Toe and Heel and Toe.

Ceili 7's to the gents left.

In waltz hold, tap the heel and toe of gents right foot, ladies left.  The patter is Heel and Toe and Heel and Toe.

Ladies and gents clap right hands in the air between them 3 times

Ladies and gents clap left hands in the air between them 3 times

Partners slap both their own knees three times.
